How does the recipient book their hotel stay?

From our booking website. The recipient chooses the destination, the date, the hotel, the room type and add-ons such as breakfast from more than 200,000 hotels worldwide. Simple, fast, flexible.

Can the voucher be upgraded to a higher category?

Yes. The recipient can upgrade to a higher-category hotel, a bigger room or extras such as breakfast by paying the price difference.

Can the recipient change the destination?

Yes. A staycation voucher can be switched to another destination before the stay is booked.

How is the voucher delivered?

Staycation vouchers are delivered either as an instant e-voucher by email or as a printed gift certificate.

Can I buy a staycation voucher from outside Singapore?

Yes. Buyers overseas can pay online (rates in Singapore dollars) and the e-voucher is emailed to the recipient instantly, so the buyer does not need to be in Singapore.
